Happy November!
This is one of our favorite months of the year.  We hope that you and your family enjoy some great time together over the Thanksgiving holiday.
We consider you a part of our extended Atlas Orthodontics family, so we wanted to share some fun information with you 🙂

Have you heard the news?  Dr. Alex and Cristina are thankful to announce that their little pumpkin is due at the end of February 2018 (actually on Cristina’s birthday!)

Dr. Alex has released a new video for our patients.  In this “mini training”, he explains three of the most common orthodontic issues that kids face.

Harvest Apple Raisin Walnut Muffins
*Makes 12*1 Cup flour
1/2 Cup rolled oats
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp pumpkin pie spice or cinnamon
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 Cup sucanat or coconut palm sugar (brown sugar)
2 eggs
1/4 Cup oil
1 tsp vanilla
3/4 cup diced organic apples (don’t use non-organic since  are on the “Dirty Dozen”)
1/4 Cup raisins (optional)
1/4 Cup chopped nuts (optional)

1. Mix dry and wet ingredients separately, then mix all together. (You might need to add a splash of water if mix is too dry.)
2. Bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes but over baking will dry them out.
3. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
