Power Smoothie
Ingredients
1 banana frozen works great!
1 pear with skin no core
1 handful frozen spinach
1 cup frozen strawberries
1 scoop Tera’s Whey Protein Powder in preferred flavor
Water to thin
Instructions
Blend all ingredients in high-speed blender. Slowly add water to help the blender along or to thin if the mixture is too thick.
Dr. Alex was able to help Grace and Peter learn about Science by building a volcano! The children have loved getting to learn and get a taste of what homeschooling will be like in the fall.
