Summer Kick Off Party
At the end of May, our team was able to enjoy the sunshine while eating lunch on the front lawn.ย 
We played team building games while maintaining a safe distanceย from one another!ย

Strawberry Banana Sorbet
Ingredients:
*3 cups strawberries
*2 medium bananas
*1 medium lemon
Directions:
1. Slice strawberries and banana
2. Put the strawberries and banana on a baking sheet in the freezer for an hour.
3. Remove from the freezer and put it in your food processor/blender along
with lemon juice and process until smooth.
4. The sorbet will be soft serve style textureย right out of the blender, or you can
put it in the freezer to firm up a bit if you want.
